What Is the Technical Architecture Behind Each Cluster?
Every client cluster runs on a hybrid of dedicated servers (production) and cloud instances (staging/control plane), connected via a private 10 Gbps VLAN.

What Are the Boundaries of the Service?
We sell operational reliability (Infrastructure), not application development. If kubectl get nodes says „Ready“ and the Load Balancer is passing traffic, our job is done.

Fill out the partner application form. We review your agency profile and schedule a discovery call to understand your client portfolio.
We finalize pricing, provision your white-label platform and dedicated Slack channel within 48 hours.
We move your first clients onto the platform. You start reselling enterprise cloud hosting to them immediately.

Our automated monitoring and self-healing runs 24/7. For human platform engineering support, we discuss coverage scope and response times during the qualification call, as it depends on your tier and requirements.
What if I need help with application code?
We offer Hourly Engineering blocks for app debugging, Helm chart consulting, and architecture reviews. Details are shared during onboarding.
What Kubernetes distribution do you use?
We deploy production-grade K3s or RKE2, hardened for security. Both are CNCF-certified Kubernetes distributions running on dedicated Hetzner infrastructure.
Can I put my logo on the dashboards?
Yes. The Grafana monitoring dashboards and ArgoCD deployment interface can be fully white-labeled with your agency logo and custom domain.
Do you sign a non-compete?
Yes. We guarantee we will never approach your clients directly. We are your invisible infrastructure department, not a competitor.
Is there a minimum contract term?
No. We operate month-to-month. You can scale up or down as your client base grows.
How do you handle disaster recovery?
Daily encrypted snapshots of etcd and Persistent Volumes are stored off-site. We run automated restore verification so backups are always tested and usable.
Can I resell this to my clients?
Yes — that is the entire point. You charge your clients enterprise rates, we handle the infrastructure, and you keep the margin. We are invisible.
Who owns the client relationship?
You do. We never interact with your clients. We bill you (the agency) monthly. You bill your clients whatever you want.
What if a client leaves?
You decommission their cluster instantly via a Pull Request. Billing adjusts the next month. No exit fees.
Can I get a demo environment?
Yes. We can spin up a trial cluster for you to test the white-label capabilities before committing to the partnership.
Is this GDPR compliant?
Yes. All infrastructure runs in Hetzner’s own datacenters (ISO 27001 certified) — deployed in Germany or the USA based on your requirements. Your data is subject to the data protection laws of the deployment region. We sign a DPA.
Do you offer different cluster sizes?
Yes. We offer multiple cluster grades to match different workload requirements — from standard web applications to high-traffic APIs and GPU workloads. Detailed tier pricing is shared during partner qualification.
Do you offer staging environments?
Yes. Staging clusters are exact replicas of production on scaled-down infrastructure. They are available as an add-on to any active production cluster. Pricing details are included in the partner agreement.
Is Agency Cloud available outside Germany?
Yes. For agencies with US-based clients, we deploy on dedicated Hetzner servers in Ashburn, VA or Hillsboro, OR. The management layer, automation, and SLA are identical. Server specifications may differ by region. We finalize the architecture during onboarding.
